2026 CreComm Awards Pitch: Making Headlines
Heartbreaker’s Social: Garden of Growth Fundraiser
To bring Garden of Growth to life, we hosted a fundraising social and set a fundraising goal of $3,000. (Which we exceeded!)
Current students, recent grads, and local friends were invited to the Heartbreaker’s Social on Monday, February 16, at the King’s Head Pub. For our industry supporters, faculty, and alumni, support tickets were also sold.
All fundraising efforts went directly toward guest experience and event planning to help us create a memorable moment for our guests and graduates alike.

The concept for the 2026 CreComm Awards, Making Headlines, not only positions CreComm grads as industry-ready communicators but as future storytellers, strategists, and creators who shape what the world sees and remembers — contributing to the “first rough draft of history” (an idea inspired by Philip Graham).
